Refund policy

No refund or return on any of the items due to hygiene. Items will be quality checked before posting. After receiving item if it appears to be faulty, we must be notified immediately with pictures and if satisfied will have to return item to get a full refund. 

If item is damaged due to wear and rough usage that is not the responsibility of Khawalasgold therefore can be taken to a jewellers for repair.

There is no guarantee with stones too so if after wearing, stones fall out it cannot be replaced by Khawalasgold however it can be taken to Kowaj Jewellers in Bethnal Green for repair for a charge (subject to availability of stones).
